Return Policy

Our U.S. customers have 30 days to return the merchandise. Counting of the days start from the day in which product was delivered to you.

Veterans and service members have 60 days to return the merchandise.

We accept no returns from our international customers for the majority of the orders.

Please let us know before initiating a return.

Gels, lubes or other liquids, creams, panties, certain intimate wears, toys or otherwise that come with contact with human body and body liquids will not be accepted as returns for hygiene reasons. You may need to discard them.

There will be no restocking fee.

There will be no refund for international shipping costs.

If you have purchased shipping insurance (mostly for international customers), insurance fees are not refundable.

Returned items must not be used, test, tampered with, damaged, re-purposed, tried, exposed to severe heat or cold, or broken.

If you have received a damaged item from post office, you will need to let us know instantly or latest within 24 hours of receiving the merchandise.

You will need to ask for a tracking number when you return the merchandise.

We will issue the refund once we received the merchandise back.

Refunds take 3 to 5 business days to show up in your account.

Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment that was given to us.
