Shipping & Delivery

We ship all our products in DISCREET packaging. Your account will also be charged to a discreet business name for privacy concerns.

We use USPS (United States Postal Service) for most our free deliveries. If your order is worth more than $100, we will ask for signature confirmation upon delivery in order to make sure items are delivered. If your order is over $100 and you wish to waive the signature confirmation, please send us an email or leave a note when you place your order. Some orders which are heavier may be shipped by UPS.

We provide same day shipping if your ordered is placed by 3PM PST. Orders placed after 3PM PST will ship the next business day.

You will receive a tracking number for your order once orders are shipped. Please note that we are closed on weekends and all federal holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 3PM will ship the next Monday. If Monday is a Federal holiday then items would be shipped on the next business day.

We know adult novelties are personal and private so, we will not mail you any advertisements.

Returns & Replacements
We have a 30 days return policy.

If for any reason you wish to return the merchandise, please contact us before returning the merchandise. If the product has been used or tested, we will not be able to accept the return due to hygiene reasons and the fact that we will no longer be able to sell the product

We have no restocking fees.

We cannot accept returns from international customers. If you are located outside of U.S.A, please make sure this is the product you wish to purchase we will not accept any returns from any country outside of US.

Ordering
You can place your order online or you can call us and we will take your order over the phone.

For phone orders, you would need to call during our business hours which are 9am to 5pm PST.

We are closed weekends and all US federal holidays.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. We also accept paper checks and Collect on Delivery. Collect on Delivery means that we will first ship the product and you will give UPS driver a money order or cashier check equal to the amount of your total order.

For paper checks, you would need to first mail us the check. Once we receive the check, we will deposit it into our bank account and once it clears out, we will ship your merchandise.

Promotions are only valid for the effective period.

If you have a retail store, please contact us for wholesale pricing. There will be a minimum order quantity that merchants should reach for special discounted pricing.

Viewing Orders
Once you place your order, you will receive an email from us with your order number in it. Order numbers will also be shown at the last step of a successful checkout. If you have not received a confirmation email, please check your Spam/Junk email folder.

You have the option to checkout as guest, but it is best to open an account for yourself to be able to see the orders.

If you have checked out as guest you can use this link to look up your order VIEW ORDER.

Updating Account Information
Sometimes customers notice some inaccuracies right after checkout such as wrong billing or mailing address. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible. We will not be able to change such information once order has shipped out.

If you are a repeat customer and have an account with us, you can always log into your account in order to update your information. You can also call us and we will update your customer profile for you over the phone.

Loyalty Points
When you place an order with us, we will give you loyalty points. Loyalty points are valued at one percent of the value of merchandise purchased. Shipping charges and taxes values are not used to calculate loyalty points. If you return or cancel the order, loyalty points will be deducted from your account for that order.
